SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Sanford Fieldhouse will host a Premier Lacrosse League Academy training clinic on Aug. 12.
The event will feature two-time Professional All-Star Brent Adams and Callum Robinson, who is a member of the Australian National Team. Both will share lacrosse techniques and skills. There will be specific segments for offensive skills and defensive skills.
The clinic is open to middle school and high school athletes and costs $99 per person or $229 for a small group. (Small-group training includes the main event plus additional training afterward). High school and middle school groups will be competing separately.
The main event is 4-5:30 p.m. Small groups will run from 5:45-6:45 p.m.
Adams is a professional lacrosse player for the Redwoods Lacrosse club of the Premier Lacrosse League and the Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League. He also has payed for the United States Men’s National Lacrosse Team.
In five appearances this season, Adams has recorded 6 goals, 1 assist, 6 ground balls, and 1 caused turnover.
Robinson is a two-time starting defenseman for Team Australia (2014, 2018), a 2013 National Champion at Stevenson University and a three-time All-American.
