Glenn Snodgrass - Head Coach & OC from York High School in York, NE

Coach Snodgrass is a Scotia, NE native and a graduate of North Loup-Scotia HS as well as Concordia University in Seward, NE.  He earned is BA in Biology, health & safety, & PE.  His first job was in Overton, NE where he coached for 12 years, earning a state title in 2006.  During this time, he earned his Master’s in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  In 2011, he took over at York High School in York, NE who was coming off two consecutive winless seasons. Since then York has been a power in Class B Nebraska football, winning the 2018 State Championship by shutting out their final two opponents.  Coach Snodgrass has earned numerous coaching awards and has a 149-56 career record, however, his favorite part of teaching and coaching is helping out kids who do not have support at home. “I have a dream job coaching football and teaching weight training…I can’t believe they pay me to do what I love every day!”

Matt Kern - Defensive Coordinator from York High School in York, NE

Matt Kern has been the defensive coordinator at York High School for the past seven years. The Dukes have made the playoffs six consecutive years and regularly have one of the top defenses in the state.  The Dukes were state runner-up in 2013 and were state champions this past year while shutting out traditional powers Elkhorn South and Omaha Skutt Catholic in the semi-finals and finals respectively. Matt is also the head girls basketball coach at York High School. He is married and has three children.

Mike Rowe – Head Coach, OC at Ricori HS in Cold Spring, MN

A native of Winnipeg, Canada, Coach Rowe graduated Valley City State University, ND with a Bachelor’s Degree Elementary Education.  Following college had coaching stops at St. Cloud State University, Minot State University, and finally, Ricori High School, where he has spent the last 10 years.  He has earned Masters’ Degrees in Human Performance, as well as his principal and superintendent license.  He is currently a District Instructional Coach and Head Football Coach, where he has led the Spartans to a State Title and 2 Semi-Final appearances.  He has been District Coach of the Year 3 Times as well as the 2011 4A Coach of the Year.  His favorite part about teaching and coaching is getting the chance to develop relationships with student-athletes and community members.
