Fall Training Options

We believe there are solid benefits to continuing with a modified in season training schedule:

  1. To maintain and improve strength and power;
  2. To utilize individual time on key skills that is hard to get during regular practices;
  3. To maximize skills that prepare athletes for future opportunities;
  4. To help prevent injury; and
  5. To correct/improve on mistakes being made during the season.

To better meet the needs of our athletes for in season training, we are offering special group training sessions this fall.  These sessions will give athletes the opportunity to identify areas that need focus and work closely with a coach to make individual adjustments. Sessions last 30 minutes, they are $20/session, and it is pay-as-you-go with no need to preregister!
